A DAD lost 14 stone after he was told he would need an extender to wear a kilt at his friend's wedding.

- BY JAKE MEEUS-JONES

Calum Fletcher tipped the scales at 34st and could not take his son, Magus, six, to the park because of how tired he would get.

The 36-year-old, who works for an energy company in Perth, would miss social events, scoff chocolate grab bags every evening and wore a size 6XL.

But after a kilt fitting in March 2023 revealed he would need an extender to wear one, Calum had a wake-up call.

He signed up to a gym and began working with PT, Gavin Sorley, 37, who helped him to change his diet.

Calum ditched the chocolate and junk food for protein pots, overnight oats and fruit.
