BBC presenter Amy Irons has discovered someone impersonating her on Tinder after overhearing a man say he had matched with her.

The Scot was sitting in a restaurant when a group of men at the next table began discussing her.

One, who did not know Amy was there, said he had been chatting with her on the dating app.

Amy, 34, said she does not use any dating apps and was so mortified that she hid in a booth to avoid being spotted.
