Aid group says attack on HQ was 'deliberate'

THE Palestine Red Crescent Society accused Israeli forces of attacking its headquarters in Gaza yesterday, killing one worker and injuring three.

The humanitarian organisation said the attack sparked a fire.

PRCS chiefs said the attack on the facility, in the southern city of Khan Younis, was deliberate.

The Red Crescent said its HQ's location is well-known to the Israeli military and clearly marked with the protective red emblem.
