25,000 Scots would work if roles were more flexible

AS MANY as 25,000 unemployed Scots could take up a job if flexible working was offered.
Business consultancy Flexibility Works surveyed 208 adults looking for work and found 28 per cent said flexible working would “make the difference” in enabling them to take a job.
