United youngster 'a long way' from Welsh senior side

CRAIG BELLAMY believes Manchester United youngster Gabriele Biancheri must improve to play for the Wales senior team.
Biancheri has represented Welsh youth teams throughout the age groups, but the youngster’s heritage caught the attention of Canada, who called him up to their senior squad in June.
Cardiff-born Biancheri is eligible to represent the nations of his father (Italy) and his mother (Canada), as well as his birthplace (Wales).
The forward is considering his international future, but Wales boss Bellamy has warned he still has a long way to go before he features in his senior squad.
Biancheri played in Wales U21s’ 6-2 defeat against Denmark on Monday.
Speaking at a press conference ahead of the Wales senior side’s clash with Canada in an international friendly last night, Bellamy was asked about Biancheri.
