The most prolific speed cameras in 2025

NORTH Wales has various speed cameras dotted around the region.

These range from mobile GoSafe vans who pop up at various locations to the fixed sites.

Drivers who break the limit will be hit with points and a fine or have to pay to take a speed awareness course if they haven't exceeded the given limit by too much.

Speeding fines did increase after enforcement was stepped up in new 20mph zones after an initial grace period for a few months after the new default limit was introduced.

Police have responded to an Freedom of Information Act asking for the fixed sites that have dished out the most tickets this year.
