A KNIFEMAN was tasered by police after he was seen carrying the weapon in a busy town centre.

The public reported seeing a man with a knife in Llangefni on Anglesey.
Police rapidly responded and located the man.
He tried to run from officers and was chased to a nearby car park.
Officers then tasered the man so that he could be safely disarmed and arrested.
