KDH booking is 'mind boggling'

EVERTON midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall called referee Samuel Barrott's decision to book him against West Ham "mind boggling" - with the summer signing now banned for Sunday's visit of Crystal Palace.

Dewsbury-Hall was cautioned in the closing stages of Monday's 1-1 draw with the Hammers at Hill Dickinson Stadium, with the former Leicester star fuming at the decision from Barrott to caution him following his challenge on Kyle Walker-Peters.

The booking was Dewsbury-Hall's fifth in his six Premier League appearances for his new club, and follows on from the yellow card he received for taking a free-kick too quickly in the Merseyside derby defeat at Anfield.
