HOUSING ASSOCIATION PLAN FOR OVER 30 HOMES

A housing association plans to build over 30 new homes in Rhyl as part of what is considered a “major development’ in the town.

Clwyd Alyn Housing Association has applied to Denbighshire Council's planning department, seeking to build 32 homes, including affordable housing.

‘The St Asaph-based housing association says the plans for the land at West Parade, Sydenham Avenue, and Sandringham Avenue, include new vehicular accesses, parking, and landscaping. The 0.72-hectare site is described in the application as “informal open space’.
