Gauff's nod to Raducanu over 'negativity'

TENNIS Coco Gauff mentioned Emma Raducanu while reflecting on what she had discovered since exploding on to the scene as a15 year old qualifier at Wimbledon back in 2019.

Now, Gauff sits at world No. 3 and boasts two Grand Slam titles, with her sights set on claiming her third Major trophy at the US Open.

The 21-year-old endured a challenging experience during her second-round clash - she broke down in tears both during the match and in her post-match interview.

However, she absorbed the lessons from that experience and returned to court with a fresh outlook two days afterwards.
