Delays warning as major resurfacing to start on pass

DRIVERS have been warned to expect delays as works start on a major resurfacing scheme at a North Wales pass. Denbighshire County Council Highways are set to begin works on the Welsh Government funded road maintenance project near Ruthin.

The council has earmarked 57 locations in the county within a two-year road maintenance programme produced to benefit from a Welsh Government Local Government Borrowing Initiative (LGBI).
