Council staff hotel expenses allowance set to increase

CONWY Council's staff are set to be able to claim up to £150 a night when staying in city hotels on official council business.
-
The authority's finance and resources overview and scrutiny committee approved a revised reimbursement of expenses policy, designed to reflect modern working practices.
The decision will now go for cabinet consideration for final approval.
The updated policy increases rates for both meals and accommodation to reflect current costs.
