Young giving historic Trust a huge boost

THE number of 18 to 24-year-olds joining the National Trust shot tup up by 39% to more than 40,000 last year, the charity's annual report shows.

But the rise in young members contrasted with a slight fall overall, from 5.38 million to 5.35 million in the last financial year.
