MARCO SILVA is eager to pick Thomas Frank's brains before their sides meet at Craven Cottage tonight.

The Fulham boss feels he and his Brentford counterpart share common ground, having each bounced back from a difficult summer to make a charge for the top half.

And their work in west London saw both of them linked with the Manchester United job before INEOS hired Ruben Amorim.

"Thomas has done a top, top job," said Silva.
