Russian leader may order tit-for-tat weapon tests over U.S move

RUSSIA is preparing to resume nuclear tests in response to US threats to do the same.

President Vladimir Putin ordered defence and foreign ministries plus other government agencies to analyse US intentions then look at restarting nuclear weapon trials.
