THOMAS: COACHES WILL BE IGNORED

ENGLAND boss Thomas Tuchel wants to push for new rules at the World Cup - but does not expect his voice to be heard.

Tuchel will take part in a series of coaches’ meetings in Washington next month ahead of the draw on December 5.

They are likely to debate the squad size - which looks set to be 26 with an expanded tournament - and water breaks, together with more substitute slots in the scorching temperatures of the United States.
