A BOY aged three starved to death by his vile parents who then buried him in the garden was “invisible and lost” to the authorities, a probe found.

- BY DAN WARBURTON

Tragic Abiyah Yasharahyalah was kept on a restricted vegan diet and had suffered from rickets, anaemia, stunted growth, bone malformation and deformity.

Father Tai, 42, and mother Naiyahmi, 43, kept him in their bed for eight days after his death as part of a warped ritual.

A review into their contact with child services found a lack of curiosity about his parents' lifestyle.

The couple, who were themselves described as weak and thin, believed he would be reincarnated.

Abiyah was found in an 80cm-deep grave at the rear of their home in Handsworth, Birmingham, five days after their 2022 arrest.
