KEIR Starmer is under pressure to allow MPs to debate Prince Andrew in Parliament.

It came as 31,000 people signed a petition to strip Andrew of all his titles and public funding.

Organiser David Ellis said: "It would send a strong message that the privileges of royalty do not exempt one from accountability or consequences for one's actions."
