AARON RAMSEY says Cardiff must get it right when choosing their next boss if they are to make an immediate return to the Championship.

The Bluebirds' relegation into League One for the first time in 22 years was confirmed after they were unable to break the deadlock at West Brom.

That killed off Ramsey’s hopes of a great escape after he was put in interim charge this month.

The midfielder, 34, stepped up after Omer Riza became the second Cardiff boss to be sacked this season. Riza was the seventh full-time manager at the club in four years - and ‘Rambo says it is time the club got it right.
