One held in aftermath of fatal uni gun attack

A PERSON of interest was in custody yesterday following a shooting at a US university that killed two and wounded nine.

The attack took place on Saturday afternoon during a final exam session at Brown University.

A law enforcement spokesman told reporters that a shooter fired more than 40 rounds from a 9mm handgun in a classroom in the campus's engineering block.
