Toulouse are second French club in elite level as expansion to 14 clubs also takes York City Knights
TWO French sides will compete in Super League next year after Toulouse Olympique and York Knights became the competition's newest teams.
Toulouse join Catalans in the top tier with themselves and York being selected to make the step up.
An independent panel considered nine applications as part of the process to expand Super League to 14 teams next season and the two have been selected ahead of London Broncos to take part in 2026.
