STRICTLY star Balvinder Sopal has revealed how difficult it is to "keep it together" after being in the dance-off four times in eight weeks.

The EastEnders actress is expected to perform an Argentine Tango in Blackpool this weekend, a routine she has described as one of her favourites.

But she told fans of the toll that being repeatedly placed in the bottom two is having on her, saying: "Behind the glitz and the glamour, the spectacle and the drama are real people's lives.
