Campaign aims to get children bionic arms by Christmas

THREE courageous children are hoping a campaign will bring them bionic limbs in time for Christmas.

The Big Hero 3 campaign is raising funds for Caleb, Lennon and Imogen to be fitted with a Hero Arm the world's first multi-grip bionic arm for children.

The project was launched by Sarah Lockey, support manager at Open Bionics. Mother to Tilly Lockey, 20, who lost her hands to meningitis as a toddler, Sarah said: "I promised Tilly I would one day give her hands back.
