ISRAEL has confirmed it has received remains from militants in Gaza.

Sanoubars' house is blasted

Returned via the Red Cross, they are believed to be one of just two hostages still in the territory - an Israeli and a Thai national.

So far the number of hostages’ bodies returned since a US-brokered ceasefire began on October 10 stands at 26. This could bring the total to 27.
