HE could win his first Grand Final and Man of Steel in the coming weeks.

But Jake Connor will not be satisfied unless he lands a third important achievement.

The Leeds star has had arguably the most incredible season of his career and is the favourite to be crowned Super League's best player later this month after helping take the Rhinos back to the playoffs for the first time in three seasons.

However, the motivations run deeper for Connor, who not only has things to achieve as a player but as a coach too.
