City teachers' funds urge as Labour come to Liverpool

LIVERPOOL headteachers are protesting about school funding ahead of Labour's party conference in the city on Sunday.

They are telling Chancellor Rachel Reeves to restore “the achievements of the last Labour government”, saying schools are at breaking point after years of underfunding.
