MATTY CASH admits winning the Europa League title had caused him a sleepless night - and he could not be happier.

Cash joined his Aston Villa teammates in writing his name into club folklore following Wednesday's triumph over Freiburg in the Istanbul final.

And the defender embarked on a mission to go on a 48-hour bender instead of going to bed.

Cash returned to the team hotel to party, before boarding a plane back to Birmingham to take part in an open-top bus parade with the squad and staff.
