Rotary District 3220 (Sri Lanka & Maldives) recently concluded a remarkable Rotary year, one defined by innovation, service, and meaningful impact. True to this year's theme, "The Magic of Rotary," the district launched and completed a series of transformative initiatives that addressed critical social, environmental, and economic issues, leaving a lasting legacy of hope and progress across the region.

In a year that saw both expansion and evolution, Rotary District 3220 increased its membership by 13% and welcomed five new clubs, demonstrating the growing relevance of Rotary's mission in today's world.

These achievements reflected not just numbers, but the strengthening of a vibrant, service-driven community that spans Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

This was also a year of several firsts. In a pioneering step to encourage professional collaboration and economic development, the district organized a business matchmaking trip to India. This initiative enabled Rotarians to build global business ties, expand their networks, and explore new professional opportunities, marking a significant milestone in Rotary's regional and international outreach.
