SMI Point signs agreement for US$ 22.4mn apartment complex in commercial capital

SMI Point Limited, a luxury developer, has signed an agreement with the Board of Investment (BOI) for a US$ 22.4 million worth 102-apartment luxury residential complex in the heart of the commercial capital Colombo.

The new residential development “Pointe” will be constructed at Alfred House Avenue and will feature a 34-storey (ground + 33 floors) luxury residential apartment complex that elevates everyday family living into a unique lifestyle experience. It will offer 102 lavish apartment units, each encompassing over 2000 sq. ft. with spacious balconies.
