Sri Lanka's hopes of reaching the final of the 13th Asian Youth Netball Championship were dashed after suffering a 31-60 defeat at the hands of Malaysia in the semifinal played yesterday.
With this loss, Sri Lanka failed to secure a place in the final and will now compete against Hong Kong in the third-place playoff scheduled for today.
