Home Lands Group officially commenced construction of Central Park Boulevard Port City Colombo with a ceremonial groundbreaking held at its construction site in Central Park district, Port City Colombo.

The day's proceedings began in the morning with the receiving of blessings from religious leaders followed by the laying of the foundation stone and the ceremonial commencement of construction activities in accordance with auspicious times. The evening celebrations brought together distinguished dignitaries including government officials, investors, business leaders, stakeholders, and members of the media to commemorate this significant milestone and celebrate yet another remarkable chapter in the Home Lands journey.

The ceremonial groundbreaking was officially carried out by distinguished invitees together with the Chairman, and the Management of Home Lands Group, symbolically marking the commencement of construction of Central Park Boulevard Port City Colombo. Beyond breaking ground, the ceremony ushered in a new era for Sri Lanka's real estate sector and the beginning of what is set to become The Indian Ocean's Next Wonder.
