Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited announced its partnership with the Wildlife and Nature Protection Society of Sri Lanka (WNPS) to support the Preserving Land and Nature (PLANT) initiative, a science-based conservation program dedicated to building forest corridors, restoring ecosystems, promoting biodiversity, and enhancing climate resilience.

Through this partnership, for every Motor and Travel Insurance policy sold from 30th October 2025 onwards, Allianz Lanka will contribute funds towards reforestation, habitat restoration, awareness, and biodiversity conservation projects across Sri Lanka. The initiative reflects Allianz Group's global ESG strategy focused on achieving net-zero emissions by 2050, reducing internal emissions by 70% by 2025, and investing in climate-resilient projects.
