AHK Sri Lanka and Minister Dr. Jayatissa in strategic dialogue to strengthen healthcare sector

IN a significant step toward enhancing Sri Lanka's healthcare system, Delegate of the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Sri Lanka (AHK Sri Lanka) Chief Martin Klose held a high-level, solution-oriented discussion with Health Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa recently.

Klose highlighted the longstanding presence and contribution of renowned German healthcare companies including Siemens, B. Braun, Linde, Fresenius, Dräger, and ZEISS—which have supported Sri Lanka's healthcare sector for decades with cutting-edge medical technology and global expertise.
Joining Klose at the meeting were AHK Sri Lanka Head of Corporate Affairs and Export Promotion Malintha Gajanayake and Project Manager Sabrina Kolb, further underscoring the delegation's commitment to fostering strategic dialogue and collaboration in the sector.
During the meeting, AHK Sri Lanka presented a position paper to Health Minister, outlining:
