Neighbour harassment row couple sell up

A FEUD between neighbouring couples landed one of them in court over a gnome’s broken leg — and ended with criminal records and a removal van.

Lorraine Hutton and Michael Hynds, both 66, fell out with Arunas and Lilijana Armalis soon after moving into the flat below theirs in 2019, a court heard.

The quartet shared a communal path and entrance in Bournemouth — and a security camera the Armalises installed annoyed Hutton and Hynds, who resorted to blocking it with plants.

Mr Armalis claimed their downstairs neighbours would “get in their faces” and chase them down the path.

And he alleged Hutton would interrogate “every visitor or delivery driver” to the converted house.

In turn, Hutton and Hynds accused the Armalises of invading their privacy by recording their every move.
