TWELVE stamps with a face value of one penny each are expected to fetch £200,000 at auction next week.
However, that is £280,000 less than when they last sold in 2013 - when stamp buying was at its peak.
The Penny Blacks were discovered in 1905 during renovations at the Dublin General Post Office.
