Wounded England ready to take anger out on the Italians

STEVE BORTHWICK'S England plan to explode into today's Six Nations clash with Italy after a week of no-holds-barred training.

Frustrated at the lack of intensity in defeats to Scotland and Ireland, the gloves have been off at England's Bagshot base as they bid to rescue some respectability.

Borthwick’s side were itching for another crack after the Irish defeat two weeks ago. But they have been forced to stew ever since and have been taking it out on each other in practice.
