ALEX SCOTT is excited to be part of a team that are no longer thought of as being 'little old Bournemouth'.

But he knows they still have a lot of growing up to do to mix it with the big boys.

For 45 minutes, Bournemouth fans were dreaming of springing a Leicester-sized upset by replacing Liverpool as champions.

A first-half double from 19-year-old striker Eli Kroupi (above) had them singing about being top of the Premier League for the first time in the club's history, along with chants of, “We're gonna win the league”.

But what followed as they were pegged back - not once but twice, after regaining the lead in the 89th-minute - made it clear to Scott (circle) that he and his teammates still have levels to get to.

He said: “Everything about this club now is thriving and pushing for more success.
