RUBEN OUT TO CHANGE RECORD AT UNITED

RUBEN AMORIM knows the only way he and his Manchester United players can change negative views of them is by winning games - starting tonight.

United must overcome Real Sociedad in the Europa League at Old Trafford to keep alive their season, as well as their hopes of European football next year.

With the club 14th in the Premier League and out of both domestic cups, this competition is their final shot at glory this season, with the last-16 tie evenly poised at 1-1 after the first leg.

United head coach Amorim also wants to prove co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe wrong.

Ratcliffe, above, said this week that some of the squad were "overpaid and not good enough".
