Farage has accused the BBC of sinking to new lows after Question Time gave a platform to two illegal migrants during a special immigration episode featuring a Reform UK official on the panel. The broadcaster is facing accusations that it “planted” the asylum seekers in Thursday night’s audience, one of whom lashed out at Reform’s plan to quit the European Convention on Human Rights.
Host Fiona Bruce called on an Afghan man who described how he had failed to secure asylum in six other European countries before coming across the Channel.
