Putin's Troops Torture PoWS

SICKENING new footage of Ukrainian prisoners of war being tortured by Russian soldiers was released yesterday.

The harrowing video, which has been reported to the United Nations, showed beatings, humiliation, threats and a simulated execution against four captive soldiers.

The blindfolded men are marched through a forest near the frontline as five Russians troops force them to sing the old Soviet national anthem.

One of the Ukrainians is kicked in the groin, causing him to fall.

Inhumane

He is then kicked again, this time in the head. A foul-mouthed Russian soldier then demands he get up before saying: "Looks like we're gonna have to kill him. Do we have to kill him? Hey, get up, get up."

He then raises his rifle above the PoW's head, shooting into the dirt track within inches of the fallen man in a mock execution.
