Nightmare neighbour's cruel rant in disabled parking row

A PENSIONER has been handed a £773 legal bill after branding his neighbour a "poor old cripple".
Anthony Doughty, 67, was returning home at night from the pub and passing Clare Green's terraced house.
Prosecutor Angela Blackmore said over a 10-day period in June this year, Doughty started abusing Ms Green as he walked past her open window, muttering on several occasions: "Horrible f***ing woman, what a horrible f***ing woman."
