Morgan's hip replacement after fall

TV HOST Piers Morgan has had a full hip replacement after tripping on a step and fall- ing at a restaurant.

The broadcaster and former Daily Mirror editor posed for a picture in his hospital bed and posted another image of the X-ray of his broken hip on Instagram yesterday.

Piers, 60, fractured the neck of his femur after tripping on a small step inside a London hotel. The damage was so severe that it required a full hip replacement and he is facing three months of restricted movement as he recovers from surgery.
