House-building company Hill has come up with a clever wheeze for encouraging buyers to reserve a new home at seven of its new developments this month: Al-powered fitness mirrors.It is giving away MAGIC Mirrors - full-length, wall-mounted mirrors programmed to offer personal classes in yoga, cardio, dance and HIIT in the privacy of your bedroom - although you have to reserve your new home by January 31.

It’s an unusual incentive - free carpets or stamp duty contributions are the norm - but Hill says the offer is part of its drive to enhance lifestyles as well as building homes.
