'Lightbulb moment led to ADHD diagnosis'

CALL The Midwife star Helen George has told of her “lightbulb moment” when she realised she had ADHD.

She said she had never considered that she might have the condition.

Helen added: “I just thought I’m an actress and everyone’s batsh*t crazy. There’s a reason why there’s a lot of actors who have ADHD, I think because [ADHD] has got the skills that you need.”
