ONE in 12 women and girls are victims of violence every year, figures show.
And a report has said that the Government is set to break its promise to cut numbers by half.
Services supporting victims have reached crisis point, with refuges having to turn away 65% of those who ask for help, and online misogyny is fuelling the problem, it says.
