Joey: Women pundits not fit to comment on men's game

JOEY Barton has doubled-down on his tirade against women football pundits after saying they had no "authority" to talk about the men's game.

The former Manchester City midfielder claimed presenters Laura Woods and Bianca Westwood are "not brave enough" to "debate him" on a podcast.

And during his appearance on Piers Morgan's TalkTV show he said BBC Football Focus host Alex Scott cannot speak about the men's game as "she hasn't played in it".

Problem Afterwards he posted on X: "Anyone who wants to come and debate me in this space? All genders are welcome.
