It was a bug's life for England as they reached 251-4 in the third Test at Lord's with skipper Ben Stokes holding up play when the insects disrupted his concentration.
Stokes, who finished on 39 not out, also suffered a likely groin injury and needed treatment. He will be monitored overnight but England do not expect the injury to stop him bowling although it might limit how much he bowls.
