Jet-set Rishi tops frequent flier list

RISHI Sunak's quest to visit all four corners of the UK has seen him use RAF transport far more than his Conservative predecessors.

The PM boarded a jet or helicopter almost once a week in his first seven months in office.

His 23 domestic taxpayer funded flights across 187 days outstrip Liz Truss, Boris Johnson and Theresa May.

Details were revealed in a Ministry of Defence freedom of information release to the BBC.
