ANDY MURRAY says that he relishes the prospect of a long-overdue clash with Djokovic at Wimbledon.

Novak The 36-year-old Scot would just rather it was in the final, not the first round.

It was confirmed yesterday that world No.39 Murray would not be seeded in the championships, so he could meet any of the other 127 players in the draw - including 23-time Grand Slam winner Djokovic.

Murray produced a few glimpses of the old magic in a 6-4 6-4 defeat by Danish world No.6 Holgar Rune, below, in an exhibition match at Hurlingham that could easily have gone the other way.

The three-times Grand Slam champion will now put in some fitness work over the weekend in order to get ready for the big one at SW19.
