Whistleblowers reveal Red Arrows’ toxic’ culture of sexism and harassment

FORMER members of the Red Arrows flying team have spoken publicly for the first time of its "toxic" culture, claiming they experienced sexual harassment and bullying.

The four whistleblowers also attacked an RAF inquiry into the allegations as a "second wound" which failed to clean up the aerobatic squadron.

They said the investigation published last month was a "travesty of justice" in which air chiefs were "marking their own homework".

Untouchable

Three women and one man have claimed female recruits would be leered at, pestered and subjected to lewd banter by male counterparts.

One victim, named only as Kate, said: "They want us quiet and think it will go away. That's not going to happen because none of us are happy with how it's been dealt with."
